TERMS OF SALE

Thank you for choosing Stillnest Press. We are honoured to be part of your personal journey. These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through stillnest.press. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Our Products
Every item is created in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the natural character of handmade and printed goods. These variations are not considered defects.

Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability or suspicious activity; in such cases you will be fully refunded.

Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT) are included. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete payment. Prices may change over time, but once your order is placed, the price is final.

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We accept the major payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are securely processed; we do not store card details.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes vary by region and are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services are outside our control.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses. More details can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Customs & Duties
EU and US orders include duties and taxes (DDP).
For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations, local duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery (DDU) and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Because our stationery is produced in small batches and handled with care, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Please choose thoughtfully.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Replacements are usually our preferred solution, as many items are seasonal or limited.

If a return is approved for any reason other than damage or defect, items must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Personalised or customised items are final sale unless defective. More details can be found in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page. These dates are estimates only and may change. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise arranged.

Availability
Our items are made in limited quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

Personal Use Only
Products are intended for personal use. Resale or redistribution without written permission is not allowed.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If something is wrong or missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Limitation of Liability
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order.

Intellectual Property
All designs, writing, artwork, photography, and content on this website belong to Stillnest Press and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Our Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply.
