If for any reason your item isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• In their original condition

• In original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, please email us at support@stillnest.press with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Personalised or customised items

Personalised or customised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
