Refund & Returns Policy

At Stillnest Press, each piece is produced in small batches and created to be kept, gifted, and lived with. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Returns

If for any reason your purchase is not right for you, please contact hello@stillnest.press within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please include:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address used for the order

• Product(s) you wish to return

• Date received

Please contact hello@stillnest.press before returning any item.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide return instructions and a return authorisation reference. Please include this reference on your parcel.

Items returned without prior authorisation may experience delays in processing. If we are unable to identify the order, additional information may be required before a refund can be issued.

Items returned under our standard returns policy must be:

• Unused

• Journals and notebooks must not have been written in. 

• In resalable condition

• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or covered by applicable consumer rights, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) benefit from additional statutory withdrawal rights. Please see the section below.

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@stillnest.press. We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled before dispatch.

Additional Rights for EU & EEA Customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email hello@stillnest.press within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Full name

• Email address used for the order

• Product(s) you wish to return

• Date received

You may simply write:

"I wish to withdraw from my purchase and exercise my right of withdrawal for order [ORDER NUMBER]."

Once you have notified us of your decision, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Goods may be inspected as they would be in a physical shop. If returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, we will issue any refund due within 14 days.

Refunds will include:

• The purchase price of the returned goods

• Any standard delivery charge paid for the original shipment, where applicable

Additional costs arising from express or premium delivery options are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@stillnest.press as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, refund, or another solution required by applicable consumer protection laws.

EU & EEA Consumer Guarantees

Customers located within the European Union and European Economic Area benefit from applicable statutory consumer rights, including legal guarantees provided under local consumer protection laws.

If a product develops a manufacturing defect, is faulty, or does not match its description, please contact hello@stillnest.press and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

Personalised or Customised Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Examples include:

• Personalised covers

• Custom embossing

• Bespoke designs

Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
