DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

EU and US orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable taxes and duties are included in your order.

Occasionally, customs authorities may carry out routine inspections before parcels are released to the local delivery network. These delays are outside our control but are usually resolved within a few business days.

For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery (DDU). If you are unsure, please check your country's import rules before ordering.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot replace or refund items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
